A little liner can help make your eyeshadow pop and can make your eyes look bigger, but since you’re creating a fresh, clean makeup look, using a shade of brown will help keep it from being too obvious.
Too much mascara will seem obvious and can overpower the rest of your understated look, so try to apply just enough to coat your lashes.
