If you are not signed in, tap Log In in the upper-right corner and log in with the username and password associated with your account. If you are automatically signed in to your current account, you will need to sign out before you can create a new account. To sign out, click or tap your profile image in the upper-right corner and select Log Out to do so.
If you cannot find the confirmation email, click the option to resend a confirmation email on the DeviantArt sign up page.
